Alexander, Moshe Feldenkrais, and Thomas Hanna. (This pairs wonderfully with Bodywork!)

Here, we will work together to apply the principles of Integrated Life Yoga to enhance overall well-being through deep inquiry and engagement with embodied, ethereal, and personally relevant practices. Think of this like a “Chef’s Special,” starting with your goals for the session and exploring from there using a variety of potential tools! Can be done in person or online via Zoom or Skype.
